- Show Help F1
- Brings up the help window
- Show Help on Item F2
- Brings up help for the next item clicked on, the mouse cursor has a "?"
next to it while in this mode
- Check for Updates on startup
- If this is selected REW checks for a newer version on every startup
- Check for Updates Now
- Force a manual check for a newer version
- About REW (in Application menu under macOS)
- Show the About dialog
